Adolescents and Young Adults (AYAs) between the age of 15 and 39 years old are a growing

population diagnosed with cancer. This presentation will highlight the development of the

AYA Patient and Family Life Specialist position, describe the current programing offered,

highlight the integration of child life practicum students and share the challenges of

implementations.
